Unforeseen life changes, repeating relationship patterns, or a growing dissatisfaction with the meaning of life can be painful. Therapy is a way to address that pain while fostering healing and growth. In therapy, I offer a safe space to be heard about who you really are and how you truly experience your life. Together we can explore and appreciate what has and has not worked for you in the past, and in the process come to find a source of meaning, purpose and energy for life going forward.
I work with a broad range of psychological and emotional problems and am particularly sensitive to relationship issues, career issues, grief/loss, social anxiety, sexuality, trauma, addiction/recovery, creativity, and spirituality (including recovery from fundamentalism). I work with adults and couples.
